Terms and conditions.

The Arabic text of these terms is the text that governs. This English version is a translation provided for convenience.

Introduction and acceptance

Welcome to TOP A Traders. By using this site or purchasing any of our services or training programmes, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions and accepted them in full.

The nature of the educational services

TOP A Traders provides educational and awareness services in the field of the financial markets and trading. It does not provide investment advice or portfolio management, and it does not guarantee profits or financial returns.

All investment decisions remain the responsibility of the client alone.

The activity and its limits

TOP A Traders provides educational and awareness content and services related to the financial markets and trading.

TOP A Traders does not receive or hold client funds for trading or investment, does not manage portfolios or trading accounts, does not execute trades on behalf of clients, and does not act as a financial intermediary.

All amounts paid to TOP A Traders are fees for digital content, educational programmes, sessions or subscriptions. They are not an investment deposit or capital allocated for trading.

Published analysis and trade ideas are general educational and awareness content, not personal investment advice and not a guarantee of any result or profit. The client bears full responsibility for their decisions, their account and their risk.

Eligibility and accounts

• An account is for one user only.
• Sharing login details with anyone else is not allowed.
• Use of one account by more than one person is not allowed.

If account sharing or any other breach is found, the company may suspend the account immediately with no refund.

Payments and activation

Paid services are activated after the amount actually appears and is verified. A photo of a receipt alone is not final proof that the payment arrived.

The client is responsible for using the correct account details, currency and transfer network, especially when paying in digital currencies.

Free access to the private channel

A client may obtain free access to the private channel by opening an eligible trading account through the links approved by TOP A Traders and depositing no less than USD 300 or the equivalent.

After the account is opened, the trading account number and the email address must be sent on WhatsApp so the account can be verified and access activated.

Free access stays active as long as the linked trading account is active and continues to meet the conditions. TOP A Traders may stop free access in the following cases:

• Withdrawal of the deposit, or the account falling below the eligibility conditions.
• Loss or closure of the account.
• The account becoming inactive.
• Inability to verify the account details.
• Breach of the channel conditions, or sharing its content.

Intellectual property

All videos, books, files, sessions, educational materials and designs are the exclusive property of TOP A Traders.

• Copying, republishing or selling the content is not allowed.
• Recording the videos or the sessions is not allowed.
• Filming one-to-one sessions or sharing any part of them is not allowed.
• Distributing the content by any means without the written consent of the company is not allowed.

The company may take appropriate legal action where intellectual property rights are infringed.

Programme duration

The TOPA System professional trading programme runs from the date the account is activated and continues for 75 days, according to the approved educational plan.

Sessions and one-to-one teaching

• All sessions require a prior booking.
• A booking may be changed or cancelled at least 12 hours in advance.
• Where the client does not attend, or cancels after that window, the session counts as used and is not replaced.

The fifty per cent refund policy

The fifty per cent refund guarantee applies only to the TOPA System professional trading programme, and only under the conditions and educational stages approved by TOP A Traders.

The refund guarantee does not cover:

• The intensive course for traders.
• Books and digital products.
• One-to-one teaching.
• The private channel subscription.
• Any other service, unless its inclusion is announced explicitly.

After moving to the next defined stage of the programme, a refund request can no longer be made.

Trading risk and disclaimer

Trading the financial markets carries a high level of risk and may lead to the partial or total loss of capital.

TOP A Traders gives no guarantee of profit or financial result, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

Suspending or ending access

TOP A Traders may suspend or end access to the services where these terms are breached, including sharing login details, use of an account by more than one person, or sharing the content, as set out in sections 04 and 07.

Free access to the private channel may also be stopped in the cases set out in section 06.

Updating the services and content

The company reserves the right to develop or update the training programmes, the content or the way the services are delivered, in order to improve the quality of the educational experience.

Changes to these terms

TOP A Traders may amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continuing to use the site or the services after the amendments are published is taken as acceptance of them.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws in force in the United Arab Emirates and the regulations applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.

The parties will first seek to resolve any dispute amicably. Where no resolution is reached, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Emirate of Dubai, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
