This policy explains the data we collect, how it is used and protected, and your rights over it when you use the TOP A Traders site or its services.

Introduction

At TOP A Traders we respect your privacy and protect your personal data. This policy explains how your data is collected, used and protected when you use our website or register for our services.

It is read together with the Terms and Conditions and the Trading Disclaimer.

The data we collect

We may collect the following when you register, complete a form on the site, or contact us:

• Name, email address and phone number.
• Registration details and the services requested.
• Messages, questions and proofs of payment that you send us.
• Limited technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, and the pages visited.
• Cookies and analytics data, according to the tools actually enabled on the platform.

We do not ask you for sensitive data the service does not need, and we ask that you do not send more information than is required to complete your request.

Technical data and cookies

When you visit the site, limited technical data may be collected automatically — IP address, device and browser type, the time of the visit and the pages visited — in order to run the site and measure its performance.

We use the cookies necessary to run the site and remember your basic preferences. We may use additional cookies for analytics or to improve the experience, after obtaining your consent where that is required.

Kajabi and external services

Our site and our registration and client-management systems run on the Kajabi platform, and account and registration data is stored within its systems. Processing at Kajabi is subject to its own privacy policy and terms.

The site or our messages may contain links to external sites or services that we do not operate. We are not responsible for their privacy policies or their content, and we recommend reviewing their policies before giving them any data.

Protecting the data

We take appropriate measures to keep your data safe from unauthorised access, use, alteration or disclosure, and we limit access to those who need it for their work.

Even so, no method of electronic transmission or storage can guarantee protection one hundred per cent.

How long data is kept

We keep your data for as long as needed for the purposes set out in this policy, or for the period required by law or by our contractual obligations.

When it is no longer needed, the data is deleted or made impossible to link to you, as far as is technically possible within the systems in use.

Transfer and processing outside the country

Since some of the service providers we rely on — including the Kajabi platform — run their servers outside the United Arab Emirates, your data may be transferred and processed outside the country where that is needed to run the service.

In those cases we work with providers that offer appropriate protection measures under their published terms.

Marketing messages and unsubscribing

We may send you email about training programmes, courses and educational content, on the basis of your consent or of your existing relationship with us as a client.

You can stop these messages at any time through the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the message, or by writing to support@topatraders.com.

Stopping marketing messages does not stop the operational messages required for a service you actually subscribed to, such as an activation confirmation or access details.

Your rights

Under the applicable law, you may exercise the following rights over your data:

• Request access to your data and learn what we hold about you.
• Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Request deletion of your data where that is permitted.
• Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.
• Stop marketing messages.
• Object to certain processing, or ask for it to be restricted, under the applicable law.

To make a request, write to support@topatraders.com. We will handle it within a reasonable period, unless some data must be retained by law or to perform contractual obligations.

Privacy of minors

The site and the educational trading services are intended for those aged 18 or over.

We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a minor without knowing, we will work to delete it. If you are a parent and believe your child has given us data, please write to support@topatraders.com.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, our systems or regulatory requirements. The updated date is published at the top of this page, and continuing to use the site after publication is taken as acceptance of the updated version.
